Free Cyber Security Resources
Cyber security is an issue for all businesses that operate online in any capacity. The National Cyber Security Centre and The South East Cyber Resilience Centre both offer free resources to help small businesses take practical steps to protect themselves.
Town Centre Regeneration Projects
Andover and Romsey
Test Valley Borough Council has approved a funding package to move ahead with priority regeneration projects in Andover and Romsey. There is a new Andover regeneration newsletter; please sign up at Andover regeneration newsletter. A Romsey newsletter link will be circulated shortly.
Fareham
In September 2023 Fareham Borough Council bought Fareham Shopping Centre, which has provided an opportunity for positive change. Fareham Borough Council would like to have more homes in the town centre as well as ensuring any changes in the town centre offering of shops, services and entertainment will better serve the community's changing needs. They also want to create more interesting and high-quality outdoor public spaces and vibrant uses during the day and evening. Find out more and get involved in the consultation.
Aldershot and Farnborough
Aldershot and Farnborough town centres are being transformed as part of a major regeneration project led by Rushmoor Borough Council. Find out about the plans here
Farnborough Jobs Fair
Princes Mead shopping centre in Farnborough town centre will be hosting their annual job fair on Thursday 18th April from 10am – 2pm. They would love for you to join them if you have vacancies to promote, previous years have seen over 300 people attend with lots of interviews booked! It is free for businesses to attend, and free for visitors.
