West of England looking for businesses willing to train people in variety of modern skills

If you are an employer or training provider looking to help grow the skills base of people in the West of England then a new wave of funding may be available to help you do so.

The West of England Combined Authority have already run a host of successful ‘Skills Bootcamps’ and they are now planning the next wave of events for 2025 so they have arranged a series of briefings in May and June for trainers and employers to learn more about the various schemes available.

Separate courses are being planned for Creative (production and TV/film), Health and Care and Early Years, Manufacturing and Engineering, Digital, AI and New Tech plus Green Skills, Construction and the Built Environment so if you train or work in any of those areas and want to know more about how you can help shape the future courses then check out the Combined Authority’s website 'provider and employer' page here which has all the dates, time and information you need.
