Event Details

Join us for a new exciting opportunity to expand your professional network and build lasting connections with other business leaders in your local community. Our upcoming in-person networking event is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, learn about other businesses in the area, and share your own expertise and ideas.

At this event, you'll have the chance to connect with other professionals across a variety of industries, all while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're looking to find new clients, explore partnership opportunities, or simply meet like-minded individuals, this event is one not to miss.

In addition to the valuable networking opportunities, we'll also have teas and coffees, savoury and sweet nibbles, plus engaging speakers to offer valuable business advise and support.

Our March speaker is Colin Mobey, Leadership Consultant with Windward Coaching, who has helped Lego, Spotify, the Energy Industry, the Government and recently the Police and the Prison Service take on challenges so he knows what teams under pressure face, can rise to accomplish and fall foul of too.

Colin will outline the surprising power of paradoxes at work. There's challenges at work and challenges at home. We need to take risks and we need to feel safe. We need to recruit and we need to retain. We need to live in the moment and focus on where we want to be. We need time to ourselves and to invest in time with others. Here's how we can start...

We will also be joined by Phill Mulligan, CEO of Peak District National Park, who will give a brief presentation on what’s happening in and around the PDNP.

You will be hosted by FSB Membership Advisor Ian Pownall, FSB volunteer Debbie Porter and FSB Development Manager Natalie Gasson-McKinley. Free parking is available at the venue.
