Established to empower women entrepreneurs, this group engages in conversations about crucial topics that impact women in business. Within this dynamic environment, we adopt a proactive and solution-oriented approach to finding strategies for overcoming these challenges and offering mutual support.

In this session, Alison will get us thinking about ourselves, our thoughts, our behaviours, the common traps which we can easily fall into. Alison will share ideas and strategies from her experiences as a mind coach but is also open about her own journey.  Alison’s hope is for a lively, honest chat about how we can get in our own way, and everyone will leave with a few plans to move forward.
