We went behind the scenes at SamosaCo, a family-run business based in Pontyclun, South Wales. FSB member Tee Sandhu tells us more about how the samosas his parents made in their grocery store in Toronto grew into the business they run today.

Together with his parents Sokhy and Goldie, Tee Sandhu runs SamosaCo in South Wales, a purpose-built samosa factory that now ships a range of vegetarian and vegan snacks, meals, and accompaniments across the world. From humble beginnings making samosas in the back of a Toronto grocery shop, SamosaCo wanted to share family recipes with the world.
