Chimes Music in London first opened its doors in 1973 and is now run by the founder's daughter, Natalie. The family-run business helps music lovers, teachers and students alike. Alongside the legal and employment support, Natalie explains how press opportunities through FSB have helped her business, particularly during the pandemic.
“I did an interview with Matthew Jaffa for FSB for a spotlight on a small business and how we managed through the pandemic. It was a great opportunity to be honest about the impact of COVID and lockdowns on the business and what we've done to recover from it all,” said Natalie.
