Finding the right finance for your business

Whether you need money to help you to start your business, to grow it to the next level, or to help you survive; it can be difficult to know which is the right funding route for you. If you’d like to understand more about the different options come along to this event on 15 September in Trowbridge and hear our panel discuss the routes available to you and have the opportunity to ask them the things that would help you to decide where to apply.

At this event you will hear from a range of different providers about what they offer small businesses, how they decide if a business is one they will fund and what the application process is like. We will also hear from organisations which specialise in supporting businesses which use technology about the experiences they have seen in recent times and the lessons they have learnt along the way. James Wilkes from Wiltshire-based Wilxite will be our keynote speaker sharing how he funded his business and how he decided the best route for them to expand.

Come along to this event if need a cash injection into your business but you don’t know where to start or are confused by the options and could do with some advice. We hope you will leave with a clear route forward plus some useful new connections.

This event is part of the #TechTrowbridge series of business support instigated by Trowbridge MP Andrew Murrison. It is being organised in partnership with Andrew Murrison’s office and Dr. Alison Miles, from the University of the West of England’s Bristol Business School.
