Join us for our new Leicestershire Business Bitesize: Local business updates and insights. We'll focus discussion on business opportunities, issues and available support in our area, and as well as guest speakers there will be a chance to network with your fellow Leicestershire small business owners.

Business Update: Gau Naik, Leicestershire Business Advice Service
This month we'll have an insightful update from Gau Naik from the Leicestershire Business Advice Service, a fully-funded programme available to entrepreneurs and business owners in Leicestershire. Gau is a well-known local business support adviser with many years of experience in delivering advice and guidance to businesses across the county.  He will give us some key insights from the popular 'Improve' programme- helping business owners in the county to make small and large improvements to their existing businesses to achieve their ultimate goals.

About our speaker:

Gau Naik  MBA, MSc. BSc (Hons) DipM (CIM) MCIM

“I have a passion for empowering individuals to translate their ideas into sustainable, high-growth businesses. I champion a client-centric approach, ensuring ventures align with both long-term personal aspirations and business goals.”
Gau’s extensive experience spans diverse organisational structures, from multinational corporations to dynamic startups and micro-enterprises. He brings a unique perspective, having co-founded two green-tech businesses and a social enterprise. His background includes leadership roles as CEO, CFO, and senior marketer, further solidifying his ability to provide strategic guidance for over 20 years.
Currently, Gau leverages his expertise as a Business Advisor for the Leicestershire Business Advice Service at Exemplas. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an ‘Entrepreneur in Residence’ at the University of Leicester School of Business, and a Trustee of the Sir Thomas White Loan Charity.

This event will be hosted on Zoom.
