As a small business, it can be hard to find the time to think about how your vision, mission and values can fit into a working strategy for your business. During this interactive session, you will have time to discuss your own business and how you can overcome any hurdles you’re facing.  

By attending this workshop you will be able to: 

• Understand the concept of business missions, visions and values
• Understand why they are important for a business
• Be able to identify values of your own businesses and start to formulate a vision and missionAttendance at this workshop can be counted towards your CPD target, set by your own professional membership or governing body.

This is an interactive workshop session on Zoom and will not be recorded to ensure delegates can ask questions specifically related to your business. We have capped these events to ensure that each paid delegate receives the best experience possible.
