With her alter ego Dolly Slatemen she is determined to achieve her long-forgotten ambition of performing, she has used her menopause to motivate her comical alter ego on stage. Not only to achieve her ambition but to also motivate others in achieving there’s. Passionate about female health, Debbie also offers workshops to get the menopause conversation going. By telling her own story in a relatable way, she encourages others to think about the opportunities in their workplace to create supportive environments for menopausal staff.
