This workshop is aimed at anyone wishing to improve their sales processes and performance.

Event details

Sales is a process which anyone can master to build long-term, sustainable and predictable results. Every business needs sales to survive, yet it is perceived as a ‘dark art’ which needs a special type of personality to master. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In this interactive workshop we will cover:

  • What sales is (and what it isn’t)
  • The sales cycle along with potential pitfalls to look out for and when
  • Tips, tricks and methods to deal with difficulties in the sales cycle and how close more deals

In this workshop, John Tunstall (Founding Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals), will dispel the myths surrounding sales and give a logical, step by step process which, if followed, will deliver success.

Having spent over 25 years in domestic and international sales, he delivers tried, tested and proven processes honed over a long career.

According to the Bank of England, if the sales skills gap can be closed, it could add up to £270 billion to the UK economy with most of the being available to the SME market.

Attendance at this workshop can also be counted towards your CPD target, set by your own professional membership or governing body.
