This event is part of a series of in-person FSB Talks events at Barclays Eagle Lab Southampton.

Our speakers are:

Becky Davis, Founder and Coach at Fantastic People, will be speaking on: How to be a well being!

As a Leadership and Wellbeing Coach Becky is used to working with people to help them be the best version of themselves.  But how has she become the best (better) version of herself and got stuff done in her business over the last 2 years through a period of huge distraction (think covid, home schooling, divorce, 5 house moves, solo parenting).

When Becky coaches she facilitates a thinking space for others to help themselves, this talk is about how she helped herself to create a thriving coaching practice that financially supports her and her son, and how you can choose to do the same in your business, whatever that might be.

Becky shares her best practical tips for how she consistently shows up in her business, stays focused on what brings results and has built a solid reputation in her coaching practise.  But most importantly how she manages to keep a sense of humour throughout it all!

Expect a lively 15 minutes of storytelling, practical tips, how to make a plan and most importantly, how to stick to that plan!
