Our speakers:

Relationships and results.

Yvonne of www.goldencatalyst.co.uk is passionate about people. Who we are, how we behave and why! She spent 20 years working in HR, both in-house and as an HR consultant and now specialises in helping growing and evolving businesses to create positive relationships that facilitate powerful results. She shares her approach in her book People in their element.

Yvonne believes that relationships happen eyeball to eyeball and not with screens, so rather than show you a slide deck, she’ll have you on your feet and deep in thought about:

  • Why relationships matter to business results
  • The difference between who you are and how you are
  • The relationship assumptions that are blocking your progress

The Rollercoaster of Self-Employment: Wellbeing & Avoiding Burnout

What is the impact of your wellbeing on your business?

In all careers, looking after ourselves and our teams is critical to business survival, let alone success.  And this is even more the case when we have our own business.

But the world of wellbeing can be a bit of a minefield, and even when we decide to look after ourselves, something often gets in the way.  And good intentions quickly become something on our To Do list which gets pushed further and further back.

During a successful career in education and leadership, Tom learnt the hard way what happens when we don’t look after ourselves properly.  After recovering from a severe burnout, Tom has spent the last 6 years helping everyone from the Royal Navy to hundreds of self-employed business owners improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Join Tom to learn some simple, effective wellbeing strategies that can be applied in the real world.  Ones which can have a significant effect on business success… along with a healthier, happier life.
