Salon owner Gemma Raif has run The Hair and Beauty Bar in Guildford for over 20 years, managing a team of stylists and welcoming thousands of clients. Originally starting out in franchising, Gemma now owns an independent salon where she takes employees from apprentices and trains them up to become fully qualified members of the team.
