FSB urges the Department for Economy to build on the identified models of success in creating a resilient, distributed energy network for Northern Ireland - ensuring a Green Economy that is fair, competitive, and at least proportionate when compared to our neighbours. FSB proposes that an NI RESS should include provisions to encourage investment in smaller-scale renewables - or future schemes must be undertaken to achieve the same aim, with urgency.
