Hayley Pells is the owner of car workshop and MOT station Avia Autos in Bridgend, South Wales. As well as being a qualified mechanic and MOT tester, Hayley is published in industry magazines and is the co-author of companion textbooks for the Institute of the Motor Industry. Hayley is passionate about supporting skills development and currently volunteers as the Automotive Policy Chair at FSB.
