Having taken over a pre-existing clinic in 2017, qualified physiotherapist Alex Smith runs Excellence Physiotherapy with his wife in Rutland. “We have developed the business and grown it to a larger physiotherapy and pilates clinic now employing five members of staff within a hub in Rutland and two satellite clinics at local schools,” says Alex.
“Over the years we have used many of the FSB services, including the business and contract templates and legal advice. Knowing that there are services available to us gives us a level of comfort, knowing that should we need advice on any issue there is always a department to talk to. We have also been invited to a number of social events which have in turn led to further business and contacts too,” explains Alex.
With opportunities to give lectures at local business schools discussing their journey and experiences as young entrepreneurs, Alex is making the most of his FSB membership.
