In this report, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) summarises how small businesses in Scotland would be affected by, and respond to, restrictions to the free movement of people as a result of Brexit. We also examine how changes to current immigration policy would impact business owners’ ability to lend their skills to projects or complete business trips in the EU.
