The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Skills Improvement Plan (https://www.fsb.org.uk/cornwall-and-the-isles-of-scilly-lsip.html) was approved in the summer of 2023.

Now, as we head into phase 2, we would like to provide an update on how the actionable priorities will be fulfilled and the plan implemented.

There will be short presentations from delivery partners and stakeholders and details of how everyone can get involved in the continuous process of ensuring that the plan and the accompanying Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF) are on course to meet employer and provider needs by March 2025.

This is a vital piece of work that FSB is undertaking on behalf of the Department for Education and it is essential that employers and providers are at the heart of it.
