Construction, legal, manufacturing and engineering SMEs are focus of programme

SMEs based in the West of England who work in the construction, legal, manufacturing or engineering sectors have been urged to check out the short, FREE online courses which form part of the University of the West of England 'Skills Pathway Programme'.

The programme, for individuals living in the Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas is designed to help people broaden their skills and knowledge base with a choice of four well-structured modules which should help you to develop and grow in modern ways of working.

Subjects across the various modules include retrofit, sustainable marketing, leading with inclusivity, managing remote teams, applied AI and more and with each module only requiring a few hours commitment over a timescale to suit and 1-2-1 mentorship from local industry experts also offered it is a good practical way to provide a useful career, learning and development boost to everyone involved

There are cohorts/courses due to start very soon which you might just be able to apply for but if that timing doesn’t work you then just register your interest with the team and you will be kept fully in touch when the next set of courses begin.
