Nottingham City Council developing a workplace mental wellbeing programme

Nottingham City Council want to hear your views on support for workplace mental wellbeing in Nottingham City.

Help Nottingham City Council to improve the mental wellbeing of Nottingham City's workplaces.

 

Nottingham City Council's Public Health team are developing a workplace mental wellbeing programme for Nottingham City employers. The two aims of this programme are:

1.       To improve mental wellbeing at work, and
2.       To improve access to mental health and mental wellbeing support services at work and outside of work

The council are seeking the views of employers of all sizes and sectors across Nottingham City to inform the development of this programme. The purpose of this survey is to understand:  

  • What is important to you about supporting mental health and mental wellbeing at work
  • How you already do this
  • How confident and skilled you feel in doing this
  • What you would like our programme to offer

Nottingham City Council would like to hear from employers across a range of industries operating in Nottingham City, from hospitality to healthcare, finance to manufacturing and retail. If you are able to, please spare 10 minutes of your time to complete the short survey and ensure your voice is heard.
