Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) has created a communications resources toolkit for accommodation providers and businesses within the tourism industry. This is designed to help direct visitors, who may fall ill or have an accident whilst in the area, to the correct local health service.
Details of community pharmacies, NHS 111 Wales and the local minor injury units that can administer appropriate treatment, are just some examples of the information that is provided.
Ahead of the very busy summer period, businesses are advised to make use of the toolkit materials which include posters, social media assets, video screen animations and website copy, and share the important information with their guests and customers.
