Commenting on the news that the North Wales Growth Deal has been signed, Ben Francis, FSB Wales Policy Chair, said:

“This is an important step forwards in the deal beginning to deliver for the region and create new opportunities for businesses across North Wales. Now is the time to pay back the confidence and support of smaller businesses in this process.
“The growth deal will be an important part of the economic recovery from the pandemic and creating new opportunities for businesses and communities across North Wales. It also provides an opportunity for a collaborative effort in that recovery and beyond.
“We look forward to continuing to work with the North Wales Economic Ambition Board to ensure that small businesses are at the heart of the North Wales Growth Deal, and to seeing these projects take off.”
