Free online training resources to help local businesses in the tourism and hospitality sector boost inclusivity and accessibility.

Belfast City Council, in partnership with Tourism NI, Visit Belfast, and the Northern Ireland Tourism Alliance, has developed a new toolkit to help tourism and hospitality providers become more inclusive and accessible to visitors with disabilities. The free resource pack will help local businesses take steps to ensure their welcome is inclusive to all.

The toolkit includes online training videos and access to 'Living Library' feedback events where businesses can chat with service users and test drive ideas.
