There is now an easier way for employers in Mid & East Antrim to address their skills shortage vacancies!
With employers finding it hard to recruit people with the right skills and experience, many are considering turning to apprenticeships to grow their own future talent. However, it's hard to know where to begin!
MEA Labour Market Partnership is excited to launch the Apprenticeship E-Hub in partnership with Workplus. This is a fully-funded initiative that helps employers to explore apprenticeship pathways and easily recruit apprentices.
Through the Apprenticeship E-Hub employers can:
- Search for apprenticeship pathways
- Upload apprenticeship vacancies
- Apprenticeships promoted throughout MEABC
- Easily see applications & shortlist
Employers must register for the programme by 15 April 2024 to get involved.
