FSB Wales welcomes the opportunity to comment on Cardiff Council’s Transport and Clean Air Green Paper. Both issues are vitally important to the city and its economy. FSB has written extensively on these issues in both England (in relation to Clean Air Zones) and Scotland (in relation to their Low Emission Zones). As such, we hope to draw on experiences from elsewhere in our submission to inform Cardiff Council’s approach.
