Funded by The National Lottery, the grant supports sports clubs and community organisations across Wales to improve access to physical activity.
All not-for-profit sports clubs or organisations in Wales can apply, regardless of size or location and the grant can be used to support:
- The upskilling of volunteers
- The purchasing of new equipment
- The development of new or different ways to deliver physical activity
- The use of technology to engage people
- The reach to people currently under-represented in sport
Eligibility Criteria:
- A not-for-profit sports club or community organisation
- Must be located within Wales and for primarily Welsh residents
- Funding projects or activities cannot have yet started
- The funds must benefit the community as a whole
- All projects must promote equality, sustainability and innovation in sports
- Project must demonstrate how it will increase access to physical activity
