Join us for this session with the Employer Services Branch, from the Department for Communities, and find out more about what services they offer and how they can help you meet your Corporate Social Values.

Through Employer Services Branch, the Department for Communities offers a dedicated Client Executive account manager to Strategic Employers across Northern Ireland. Client Executives will act as a single point of contact for strategic employers, seeking to understand their business, recruitment and retention needs. They will work with partner organisations to deliver a tailored package of support for employers.  

Their service is tailored to the specific needs of each employer and can include:
•    Advice on your recruitment needs (including a Buy Social brokerage service) to include Job Promotion, Matching, Sifting, Arranging Interviews and more. 
•    Promotion of vacancies through our free Recruitment site, social media platforms and network of 35 Local Offices and Partner Organisations. 
•    Access to a range of government programmes and services e.g. tailored recruitment packages, access to Departmental initiatives, support and advice on recruiting and retaining people with disabilities.
