Our guest speaker for this event, Ian Benbow of CASE-UK, will talk about 'Your Road To Wellbeing'

Case-UK is an award-winning specialist mental health and wellbeing organisation, helping employers to adopt healthy and inclusive workplace practices across Wales and the Southwest of England.

Established by Ian in 2016, created as part of his recovery from a life changing incident, Case-UK provides support services to employees and employers with the aim of keeping people in work. Ian will cover some key points to help attendees stay happy and healthy in business, as well as some of the support available in the area of wellbeing.

Ian will also be discussing the research that has been undertaken, understanding what are the barriers for SMEs and how their employees can access suitable health support services, as well as sharing innovative pilot approaches to facilitating self-help occupational health services, including AI solutions.
