This year's annual conference returns with some fabulous sessions designed to add value to your business. Hosted by broadcaster Sian Lloyd, we will be examining personal and business resilience and looking at strategies to keep you and your business healthy, wealthy and well.
Host Details - Sian Lloyd
Sian is a familiar face as a TV journalist with 25 years experience. She began her career in news with BBC Wales, first as a radio reporter and as the anchor on BBC Wales Today.
Over the years she has covered some of the most high profile news stories at national level as a senior correspondent for BBC News, together with presenting popular programmes such as BBC Breakfast, Crimewatch Roadshow and Panorama.
What to expect
Sessions will cover topics such as financial wellbeing, personal resilience, mental toughness, how to adopt a culture of outstanding customer service and demystifying cyber safety. In the afternoon, we will hear about emerging trends in social media for business and how to record the perfect promotional video. Not to be missed!
Also in attendance will be business support trade stands and lots of opportunities for networking and one-to-one meetings. Feedback from previous conferences has been outstandingly good, so please don't miss out!

Exhibitor Packages are available at £55.00 and include one delegate ticket and the provision of a table and tablecloth. Space will be allocated to allow a maximum of 1 pop-up stand to be displayed.
Additional Information
Subsidised tickets are available at just £10.00 per person.
Refreshments will be served at regular intervals through the event as well as a buffet lunch that will be available to all delegates.
Free parking is available on site and venue is fully accessible.
