Topic: AAAAAAND…SLEEP!
In this 15-minute presentation, Stuart will talk about a very important part of our lives – Sleep.
He will cover: The different stages of sleep, Quantity AND quality of sleep, Why our brains sometimes resist, How we can get back to sleep once disturbed, Getting to sleep without laborious routines.
He will also invite you to take part in a 6-day sleep challenge
At this event :
- FSB welcome and event housekeeping.
- FSB update and a summary of current actions.
- Hear and be inspired by a guest speaker.
- Breakout rooms - network in smaller groups and engage in quality conversations.
Held on the third Wednesday of each month, this meeting is open to all businesses, both FSB members and non-members are welcome to attend, so feel free to share with your networks.
