Linda Garcia is an internationally experienced Business Productivity Specialist with extensive change management and implementation expertise increasing business profitability. With over 30 years delivering productivity improvement programmes across Europe, the Americas and Southern Africa, she has proven results in 25+ industry sectors including Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Banking, Private Health and Journalism.
Linda works at Executive Board level diagnosing and defining business needs, down to front line supervisory levels, designing and implementing management systems in parallel with leadership and management development programmes, aligning the whole organisation technically and tactically, to the behaviour change required to optimise productivity, and maximise profitability.
Linda will be presenting 'Cash is King, Resolving Cash Chaos.' Insights and advice to ensure your business is not one of the 95% that fails due to poor cash management.
