Trevel Henry is a director and training consultant at NVC Awareness, who provide a range of training courses in areas such as conflict management designed to improve staff safety in various workplace settings. With decades of experience in the industry, Trevel and his staff deliver nationally recognised qualifications. He has worked with Kent Police and now provides guidance to NHS Trusts on policies, procedures and working practices.
After being asked to give several talks to community groups about duty of care towards preventing and managing challenging behaviours, Trevel quickly spotted a gap in the market for offering training courses. “I started my business and set out to empower people to feel confident and do the right things when confronted with challenging or hazardous behaviours,” said Trevel.
