FSB’s policy chair for Scotland Andrew McRae said “On behalf of Scotland’s small businesses I’d like to extend my warmest congratulations to all of our new and returning councillors.
“Both small businesses and councils face a real challenge recovering from the economic and social shocks of the last few years. But up and down Scotland we share the same priorities from high street regeneration, through to boosting business start-ups, and ensuring our procurement systems deliver for local economies.
“FSB in Scotland has always enjoyed a close relationship with local authorities, and we look forward to strengthening these ties.”
