FSB announces Board Directors at Annual General Meeting in Blackpool

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has announced three existing Directors were re-elected at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 16 March 2020, in Blackpool.

The three re-elected Directors are Gary Lovatt, Peter Davys and Stephen Askew, who will serve for a three-year term.

FSB National Chairman Mike Cherry said:

“I’d like to congratulate Gary, Peter and Stephen on being re-elected and thank them for their work and commitment to FSB and our members. Small businesses face many challenges at this time; ensuring that they have a strong voice that’s heard by policy makers at all levels has never been more critical.”

The FSB Board will lead the business organisation as it continues to represent the interests of the UK’s 5.8 million small businesses and self-employed.

At the AGM, FSB Chairman Mike Cherry addressed members about the achievements of the Federation over the past year. These are available in FSB’s new Annual Report and Financial Statements which covers the financial year 2018-19.
