The challenges of the last couple of years have thrown the business world upside down and meant that small business owners are having to rethink many aspects of their business.
It can be difficult working through these challenges on your own, from just your own perspective. FSB has teamed up with Evolve on behalf of Solent LEP to offer a fabulous opportunity for small business owners who would like to work through their own business challenges with the support of other like-minded business owners in a confidential environment.
If there are more than two of you in your business, and you are a Limited Company, turning over more than £85,000 then you can apply for this programme.
What is the FSB Peer Group Programme?
This FSB Peer Group is all about the sharing of experiences, ideas and advice in an open but strictly confidential environment.
As a participant you will benefit from the collective experience of others in this Peer Group. You will gain practical insight into how others have approached challenges and opportunities, understanding what worked well and what was not as effective. You will have the benefit of considered new perspectives on your challenge.
What the programme looks like:
- 6 sessions, delivered online in a morning session every 2-3 weeks, commencing first week in February
- Each peer group will include group discussion about questions or issues individuals may have, alongside group coaching and development
- In each session you will create your goals and actions to implement before next session
- Each session will be followed up with a one-to-one coaching call
