SME stress is focus of successful Bath event

The vital subject of how to deal with stress in the workplace was the subject of a well-attended and very positive FSB event in Bath which had been inspired by our ‘wellness in small business’ campaign.

Teaming up with Bath and North East Somerset Council’s public health team and the Bath branch of the charity Mind, the FSB hosted the event at Bath Racecourse and a large and very engaged audience turned up to hear a number of speakers discuss the issues around stress, well-being and mental health in the SME environment.

The great response to the event – and the way so many people engaged during the course of the two hour and a half hour seminar – proved that the FSB‘s decision to focus a campaign on coping with stress for small business owners and the self-employed was indeed a very timely and relevant one. FSB members are reminded that they can find the range of resources to help them at our well-being in small business hub at https://www.fsb.org.uk/standing-up-for-you/our-campaigns/wellbeing-hub/wellbeing-in-small-business-hub.
