Join us for virtual networking with FSB in West Sussex, hosted by Mark Taylor and Stuart Macnaghten, FSB Membership Advisors. This month we have welcome Ruth Ferreira who will be providing tips on Up and Cross selling.

Up-selling and cross-selling are two powerful business growth strategies that go hand in hand. They often terrify small business owners yet they are easy to do and can make a huge difference to your profit, so well worth implementing. Ruth will explain how the strategies work and share some ideas and wording to help you implement them in your own small business.

About Ruth - Ruth Ferreira is a Success Coach and founder of Success Club. Ruth is a business growth coach who is passionate about empowering small business owners to take their business to the next level and accelerate their success. Ruth works with small business owners who are amazing at what they do - they provide a great product or service, but they aren’t experts in actually running, or growing a business, and they aren’t getting the results that they deserve.

This virtual networking event aims to continue to provide the opportunity for you to meet and expand your network with other business owners in West Sussex. The sessions are open to all businesses - both FSB members and non-members are welcome to attend - so please feel free to share with your networks. 

For the first 15 minutes we will help you iron out any problems with Zoom and connecting, if you need us to, before beginning the networking session at 12noon.
