This event occurs on the fourth Wednesday of every month.

Doors open at 11:45am for pre-event networking and the meeting starts at 12pm sharp. Connect with other professionals, get useful updates from the FSB world, and build a valuable network.

Our speaker for June is Robin Birn, Senior Lecturer at St. Mary’s University and the topic he will be discussing is 'Customer Insights for Small Businesses'.

Many small and medium sized businesses are better than global brands at meeting customer needs because they say that they know their customers. But increasingly the business manager needs to develop their skills as an analyst. This is because the 21st Century business has so much information, in fact too much information. Also, many businesses do not have the right information. Robin Birn will give you two tips on data you must collect and understand about your customers and their needs.
