Participate in our monthly LGBT+ led business networking event - a virtual 'network and learn' event that is open to all businesses

Event details

A regular monthly event and a space for FSB LGBT+ members, allies and other businesses alike to come together, share, learn and support each other. In these monthly events there will either be a short presentation, followed by Q&A and networking, or the chance to enjoy pure networking and break out rooms. This month's topic is A focus on Pride: How being ‘out’ or specialising in servicing the LGBT+ community has helped your business to grow. Our host is Ellie Lowther and our speaker is Rob Lucas.

Ellie Lowther FRSA works with many businesses and organisations around the UK to help further the understanding of inclusion via training, consultancy and pastoral support. Her foundations are from the voluntary sector where she has supported countless people around issues of gender variance and is responsible for creating the first trans specific safe house project in the UK. What Ellie doesn’t know about trans and non binary issues simply isn’t worth knowing!

Robert has been a writer, composer and director focussing on LGBT+ themed content for 15+ years. He has worked with Channel 4 (co-founding Global Entrepreneurship Week) and a number of international brands on their business video presence. He is currently the CEO of a business focussing on music coaching and tuition for adults.
