There’s no doubt we need to find, chase and close business leads in a different and far more active way. The long road to recovery has started but you’ve got to make sure you’re still in business to enjoy the rewards when we come out the other side. This session will help you do that.
Of course, finding business and new clients is (for most), more important than it has ever been and at the same time, even tougher. Are you struggling to find new clients? Are you (or are you thinking about) reducing your fees to get business? Are more customers ‘ghosting’ you? Are you finding it harder than ever to ‘close’ sales? If you are open to the idea of adapting how you do what you do, and embracing the effort that comes in doing so, (there is no silver bullet), help is at hand.
Join us for this session with expert sales coach/trainer Austen Hempstead. Austen’s experience and knowledge in sales comes from starting in sales (self-employed) at the age of 20 and building a sales business that grew to have 150 sales people and 30 administrative staff in 15 offices across the UK. He sold it at age 35. Having done that, he built another sales business, starting from scratch in Dubai and expanding to have offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing. He believes the key to the success of those businesses was his ability to share ideas and methodologies that helped his people sell. He retired at age 49 before getting bored and 2 years later launched www.austenhempstead.com.
Austen will share not only some ideas that perhaps you need to power up your customer base, but will also show you a different perspective on selling. He’ll help you identify for yourself where you may be missing opportunities and how proactivity is your skeleton key to success. Or as Austen puts it – “It’s not what you know, it’s what you DO with what you know that will determine your success.”
This session is NOT for you if you want to wait for things to get better and for customers to come knocking on your door.
There will be time for Q&A so feel free to send your questions in advance to [email protected] or you can ask them live to Austen at the end of the session.
