Why time management is really about energy management – and how to use It to benefit your time, health and business

Event details

It is notoriously common for busy business owners to put themselves last, work incredibly long hours for the ‘hustle’ and neglect their health. The solution to this is to learn to work your business and tasks to your energy management (not to the clock or typical time management) and learn how to prioritise your health. After all, we all know we need to look after our health but lack of time and competing priorities often make this easier said than done.

In this webinar, life and business coach Alice Dartnell* will discuss:

  • Why time management has nothing to do with time… it actually is about your energy management
  • Why this approach will create a better life, health and business in the short and long term
  • How to use your energy management to improve your health and wellbeing
  • How to use your energy management to create consistency and momentum in your business (rather than feel like a slave to your business)

After the presentation, there will be an opportunity for you to ask Alice any questions in a Q/A session.
