FSB London's LGBTQ+ Networking Event

Event details

The FSB LGBTQ+ group is excited to invite you to our next event on Thursday 6th May. This month we be looking to the summer and getting away from it all. Abraham Bravo from Travelisto.com (a specialist LGBTQ+ Travel Company) will be taking us through travel over the next few months as the industry recovers from COVID-19. In addition, Abraham will provide tips and advice, highlight precautions and best practices for LGBTQ+ Travellers, especially if you intend to visit less traditional holiday destinations. As usual we will also have break out rooms for informal networking.

At a glance:

A regular event and a space for FSB LGBTQ+ Members, Allies and other members alike to come together, share, learn and support each other. In these monthly events there will either be a short presentation, followed by Q&A and networking, or the chance to enjoy pure networking and break out rooms.

One of FSB’s objectives is to value diversity and inclusion in everything it does and the strength of FSB rests on attracting the greatest number and diverse small business owners and the self-employed which reflect the whole of the UK business population. We therefore want existing and new small business owners and the self-employed, from whichever communities they belong to, to feel welcomed and a part of the FSB community.

All of our events, whether focused on a specific issue or equality characteristic, are therefore open to all. This also underpins the notion of allyship where marginalised groups are supported by those not from the specific groups or communities and offers mutual benefits for shared learning, wider conversations and a collective responsibility to inclusivity. If you have any questions please email the event organiser here: [email protected]
