Join us for online business networking. Our Presentation: New LinkedIn Features that are perfect for your Marketing [and can Clubhouse become the new LinkedIn?]

Event details

A regular monthly lunchtime networking event online held on the third Thursday of every month.  This is an opportunity to build and maintain your business contacts and to have discussions on how we can collaborate to continue to operate our businesses in these challenging times.

Last year, each month the FSB in partnership with Your Bromley BID held sold-out lunchtime networking events at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley. With COVID-19 restrictions and the Churchill Theatre closed for the foreseeable future, we've had to change things up - we're online!  You can still meet up with all your favourite FSB eventers on zoom.

Our Presentation: New LinkedIn Features that are perfect for your Marketing [and can Clubhouse become the new LinkedIn?]

In this super practical mini power session Celia Rizothanasi, the Queen Bee of LinkedIn will share with you her best tips on how to use LinkedIn’s latest features to promote your business. Celia will also introduce the new contender in the social media world – Clubhouse. Learn what Clubhouse is and how to use it for your business. Could it become the next LinkedIn?

Celia - the Queen Bee of LinkedIn ( https://www.yourmarketingmentor.co.uk/ ) - is a marketing mentor and LinkedIn specialist with over 15 years of marketing experience in small businesses in London. She loves helping ambitious microbusinesses and solopreneurs in professional services to attract prospects online and convert them into clients. As a Chartered Marketer, Celia combines strategic thinking with practical action plans for LinkedIn marketing that works.

Agenda:

The meeting will be hosted by Chandra Sharma, with Sarah Marsh-Collings and Piyush Patel delivering the opening introductions.

Please note, this online event starts at 12pm sharp. The zoom room will be opened 15 minutes prior at 11.45am with break out networking rooms, to give everyone time to chat and settle in. Anyone attempting to join after 12pm will not be admitted. This is to prevent distractions from the Guest Speaker's slot from around 12.10pm and to allow the BCS team to benefit from the presentation.

There will be time for Q&As before everyone will be invited to deliver a 30 second pitch. We would like you to say:

  • Your name
  • The name of your business
  • 1 change you have made to adapt your business to online
  • What you are looking for to help your business now

Afterwards, we will providing breakout rooms, forming Collaborative Solutions Groups. This will encourage business owners in similar industries to brainstorm ideas as to how we can support each other and collectively win more business, in spite of social distancing and shutdowns.

Brought to you by FSB members, Chandra Sharma, Piyush Patel and Sarah Marsh-Collings.

This free FSB virtual 'network and learn' event is open to all businesses - FSB members and non-members are welcome to attend - so please feel free to share with your networks.
