Why should we care about staff wellbeing?
How checking in on your staff wellbeing can be used as a business strategy and not just a ‘nice thing to do’
HealthCheck keeps a daily pulse on Wellbeing in your Workplace. Director James Clements' aim is to get staff wellbeing at the forefront of companies’ mindset, as it should be, particularly right now, as we navigate moving forward from Coronavirus. An exciting new company focusing on wellbeing as a hugely important factor in your business strategy, they want to help improve trust, culture and connections within the workplace. This should not be just a nice thing to offer, but a real strategic business improvement.
For the first 15 minutes we will help you iron out any problems with Zoom and connecting, if you need us to, before beginning the networking session at 12noon.
