Join us monthly for virtual networking in the East of England!

Event details

On the first Thursday of each month we bring you free-to-attend virtual networking for businesses in and around the East of England.

This is your opportunity to meet with other entrepreneurs, self-employed people and small business owners, to continue to network, collaborate and support each other.

We will meet virtually for about an hour where we will network and share tips and updates. Attendees will each be given time to introduce themselves in a supportive, unpressured environment.

This month's guest speaker will be Julia Hale, Business Advisor at Sizewell C Supply Chain Engagement. Sizewell C is a major nuclear infrastructure project planned for development on the Suffolk Coast. With the final planning decision expected on July 8th 2022, Sizewell C will take 10-12 years to construct and comes with a £4bn+ spend commitment to the East Anglian region.

The supply chain and skills opportunities are vast for this area and Suffolk Chamber of Commerce have partnered with the EDF/Sizewell C to manage the local and regional supply chain. Our role as a dedicated team is to engage with businesses across all sectors, providing insight, support and guidance.

Julia will cover an overview on the project, together with an explanation of how FSB members can join and contribute to the Sizewell C Supply Chain network across the region.

These events will be hosted by FSB East of England Regional Chair, David Bell, Founder and CEO of Simboc Ltd. In addition, FSB representatives will be on hand to talk to you about ensuring you get the most from your FSB membership.
