With face-to-face events disrupted as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak, FSB is delighted to invite you to our virtual event for Cumbria businesses to help us all keep connecting, collaborating and supporting each other in this time of change.

Our guest speaker for this session will be Matthew Curtis from M4C Coaching Consulting & Training on "Navigating the Minefield" 

Matthew is a sought-after leadership development expert, executive coach and business consultant. He has been personally involved in landing multi-million-pound contracts, and worked with number of large corporates including Akzo Nobel, Saint Gobain, Hilti, Jotun & Trimo.
In this free workshop, Matthew will talk through thoughts on how leaders can thread their way through the minefield of guidance, risk, emotions and challenges and take their teams and other stakeholders with them on the restart and recovery journey.

The event will run between 9.30am and 10.45am:

  • 9.30am - For the first 15 minutes we'll make sure everyone can access and use Zoom successfully and welcome you all.
  • 9.45am - Speedy Introductions – Your chance to introduce yourself and your business.
  • 10.05am (roughly) - Guest speaker: Matthew Curtis
  • 10.25am (roughly) - Open Q&A – Your chance to ask Matthew any questions you wish or bring up topical matters for discussion with all registrants.
  • 10.45am - Event close.
