Location: Head Office, Blackpool
FSB is looking for a first line service desk agent to provide support to all users of FSB IT services. You’ll provide first class service to FSB IT users, administering user accounts, installing software and providing administrative support.
In this role, you’ll resolve issues, install software and coordinate upgrades to user’s systems as required. The role includes managing the new starter and leaver process from an IT perspective, including building and configuring end user devices (desktops, laptops and tablets).
We’re looking for someone with strong communications skills and the ability to deliver great customer service as you will be logging and triaging service desk tickets from FSB IT users, escalating where appropriate.
Previous experience in an IT role or on a technical help desk is essential as you will manage both software and hardware requests.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Windows 10. Basic understanding of desktop software and a basic understanding of hardware and configuration of software and services is essential.
