Mental health conditions can often be very isolating, with the NHS so stretched there is often very little time to allocate to patients. Waiting lists for counselling and other mental health therapies can be long, extending periods of illness.
FSB Care have qualified mental health personal advisors who have plenty of time to talk to customers and, more importantly, listen. They give long-term support and guidance and have experience in a wide range of mental health conditions, such as chronic depression, stress, anxiety as well as more complex conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma, psychosis, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
In addition to the long-term support of the personal advisor, they may identify that an individual would benefit from a course of face-to-face therapy or counselling. FSB Care advisors use their expertise to assess which would be the most appropriate therapy for each customer, and arrange it very quickly, often avoiding a long wait on the NHS and getting people on the road to recovery much sooner.
