Advice and guidance on reducing the risks from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) virus to you and your business

Latest News

On 21 February 2022 the Prime Minister Boris Johnson set out a plan for living with COVID-19. 

From Thursday 24 February 2022:

  • The domestic restrictions in England will be removed including the need to self-isolate. Until 1 April the Government advises people who test positive to stay at home.
  • Self-isolation support payments will no longer be available.
  • Routine contact tracing ends, including venue check-ins on the NHS COVID-19 app.

From 24 March 2022:

  • On 24 March, the Government will remove the COVID-19 provisions within the Statutory Sick Pay and Employment and Support Allowance regulations.

From 1 April 2022: 

  • The requirement for every employer to consider COVID-19 health and safety in their risk assessments will be removed.
